The deal, in plain words.
Use Flaric to track your own habits. Do not try to break it or resell it. It is a tracker, not a doctor.
Accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Flaric. By downloading or using the app, or by using this website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Flaric.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store, which applies in addition to these terms.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Flaric on devices you own or control, for your own habit tracking.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rent or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or use it to build a competing product.
Your content
Your habits, notes, goals and history are yours. They are stored on your device and we claim no ownership or licence over them.
Because we hold no copy, keeping your data safe means keeping your device backups in order. You can also export your data from the app at any time — the file carries your habits and their full history, reminders, Health targets, freezes, goals, milestones and your profile, and you can import it on another phone.
Subscriptions and purchases
Flaric is free to download. The free plan tracks two habits, ticked by hand, with two freeze tokens a month. Flaric Unlimited removes the habit limit and adds Apple Health auto-complete and five freezes a month — $19.99 a year with the first seven days free, $2.99 a month, or $29.99 once as a launch offer. The prices shown in the App Store are the ones that apply in your country.
Payment is taken by Apple. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can cancel any time in your Apple account settings. Free-trial time is forfeited if you buy an equivalent plan early.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue refunds directly, but tell us if something went wrong and we will do what we can.
Not health advice
Flaric records what you tell it. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical, psychological or financial advice, and readings drawn from Apple Health are not clinical measurements.
Talk to a qualified professional about your health. Do not rely on the app for anything that matters medically.
Acceptable use
Do not use Flaric unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and do not use automated means to extract data from the app or this website.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop distributing the app. We aim to give notice of significant changes in the App Store release notes.
The app depends on your device, its operating system and, where you enable it, Apple Health. Updates to those can affect how Flaric behaves.
No warranty
Flaric is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a streak, freeze or badge will always be calculated as you expect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, lost streaks, or lost profits arising from your use of Flaric. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Ending this agreement
You can end it any time by deleting the app. We may end it if you breach these terms. Sections on content ownership, warranties and liability survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use Flaric after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Email [email protected] with questions about these terms, a subscription, or a bug that cost you a streak.
